維度評級摘要
GET/api/v1.0/quote/research/dimension-summary按機構或分析師 UID 拉取其覆蓋標的的評級摘要（多條歷史）。 dimension：INSTITUTION / ANALYST。 offset/count 按標的分頁（count 最大 20）。 每隻標的近一年的評級從 rating_items 攤平進 items，因此 items 條數可以大於 count。
