维度评级摘要
GET/api/v1.0/quote/research/dimension-summary按机构或分析师 UID 拉取其覆盖标的的评级摘要（多条历史）。 dimension：INSTITUTION / ANALYST。 offset/count 按标的分页（count 最大 20）。 每只标的近一年的评级从 rating_items 摊平进 items，因此 items 条数可以大于 count。
