指定一級分類下的賽事/主題混排篩選項

GET /api/v1.0/quote/event-contract/filter-competition

指定一級分類下的賽事/主題混排篩選項。category_id 來自 quote.event_contract_category。 返回按二級分類分組的 competition / topic 及 event_count。
