Rating history grouped by institution or analyst UID

GET /api/v1.0/quote/research/dimension-summary

Rating history grouped by institution or analyst UID. offset/count page by symbol (count max 20). Each symbol's ratings over the past year are flattened from rating_items into items, so items can exceed count.
