The macro-indicator list for a country/region

GET /api/v1.0/quote/macro/indicators

Get the macro-indicator list for a country/region, flattened by category. Returns category_name / indicator_id / name / sc_name / tc_name; pass indicator_id to quote.macro_indicator_history. category_name is the segment tab copy when tabs are present, otherwise the All-tab copy. Supports HK / US / JP / SG / AU / CA / MY / CN. For history use quote.macro_indicator_history; FedWatch use quote.fed_watch_target_rate / quote.fed_watch_dot_plot.
