Get Authorized Trading Accounts

GET /api/v1.0/accounts/authorized_trd_accs

Query the authorized trading accounts for the user. Later trading API paths take acc_id from this response’s account_id (as a decimal string).

How to choose an account

1. Start with security_firm and pick the broker entity you intend to trade under.
2. Check enable_market (numeric enum; see enable_market) and confirm the account supports the target market. For example, 2 means US stocks; the matching trd_market on order/fill queries is usually US.
3. If the same broker has multiple accounts, choose by acc_type (e.g. cash / margin) and your business need. If only one authorized account can trade that market, use it; if more than one, pick explicitly — do not default to the first row.
4. Japan accounts: place order and max-qty also require a tradable sub_acc_id from sub_accounts; ignore this field for non-JP brokers.
5. account_id in JSON may exceed JavaScript’s safe integer range — treat it as a string or BigInt; do not parse with Number before putting it in the URL.

univs_account_card_number	string	Universal account card number (16 digits)
acc_type	acc_type	Account type
account_card_number	string	Business account card number (16 digits)
sub_accounts	list[sub_account]	JP only. Selectable sub-accounts under this account (one record per sub-account type). Only tradable sub-accounts are returned. Empty / omitted for non-JP brokers.

sub_account

Sub-account object under a JP account, returned in the sub_accounts list.
