GET /api/v1.0/quote/{symbol}/etf/style-box

Get Morningstar investment style box classification for an ETF (Large/Mid/Small Cap x Value/Blend/Growth for equities, or High/Medium/Low Credit Quality x Limited/Moderate/Extensive Interest-Rate Sensitivity for bonds).
